Medal is green and white. Top medal on the right is on blue and orange textile with circle bronze medal. Bottom left is on light green and orange textile. Medal is two swords crossed with picture of a woman in the center. Center bottom medal hung on yellow and green fabric. Medal armor and woman in the middle of a silver ring. Bottom right medal is hung on red and gold fabric. Similar medal on the bottom left. Medals on grey textile with gold plaque in the bottom center. Back is covered in brown paper.
Inscription: Various inscriptions on the medals. Bottom golden plaque “OFFERT PAR LA GRAND CHANCELLERIE AVEC LE CONCOURS DES ETABLISSEMENTS ARTHUS BERTRAND.”
