Description
Garrison cap blue gray with piping. Merci Train emblem medal hung on the cuff with a pin. Emblem illustrates boxcars on a track with a horse and person inside and onlooker facing the train. Brown leather head band on the inside with size, and maker information stamped in the leather and on a white tag.
Inscription: “7 3/8” on tag inside cap. “Abrahams... Philadelphia, PA” stamped into the leather. “United hatters …. Wars” on white tags, unable to read the whole tag because of how it is sewn in. “Pat.-Mar.-11.-1923” on the back of the medal.
